On Friday, May 15th the butcher at The Franklin, James Westbrook, will present a charcuterie tasting paired with the Rieslings of Weingut Max Ferd Richter. Constantin Richter, 10th generation winemaker from this historic Mosel estate, will be presenting his wines throughout the dinner.
Dinner will include a five course tasting menu with wine pairings and be hosted in the upper room at The Franklin, overlooking Front Street and Grand Traverse Bay.
Tickets will be $65 and include tax and gratuity.
